Lohar event start

As soon as the Lohar event starts, we throw ourselves at ALL barbarians and spend action points to the last killing them.

ONLY barbarians. Do not summon Lohars.

Only barbarians at the start to loot a huge pile of start resources.

Each Lohar necklace that drops from a barbarian gives about 50 000 resources.
