General start recommendation

Preferably cavalry: cavalry lets us use the first strong commanders most effectively to kill barbarian forts.

All our speedups will come from barbarian forts.

We need to kill 140 forts per week — that is an excellent result for one player. At minimum everyone should kill 100 forts each.
